One-to-One, Individualized, Private Tutoring:​

Each and every client is a unique individual with his/her own set of skills, abilities and goals. I base all my computer training on minimizing the frustration and level of anxiety associated with computers and technology. My aim is to make the use of technology simple, enjoyable, and productive.​

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many hours will I need? There really isn't a simple answer for this question. Learning technology takes time, and it takes consistency. In my experience, clients are able to learn faster and gain more confidence when tutoring is a weekly commitment. First of all, I haven't seen your computer or other device yet and have no idea if it's in proper working order. That makes a huge difference in the time factor. Secondly, I don't yet know what your experience has been with technology, nor your general speed of learning and understanding. Have you ever learned to play piano? Or taken tennis lessons? Were you successful and satisfied with your progress? And how long did it take to get to that point? In the end, the length of time you will need comes down to your own practice habits and perseverance. And I have found that consistent, weekly tutoring sessions are the most effective.

What are your working hours? Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm. All calls, emails and texts will be returned during these hours. By appointment only.

How long are the appiontments? Each session has a minimum of 1 hour. If extra time is needed and my schedule allows, the fee is prorated in 15 minute increments. More than 1 hour may initially be booked by scheduling with me over the phone.

Do you provide quick fixes if needed? Yes, but all quick fix calls for assistance are provided remotely and billed in 15 minute increments.

What forms of payment do you take? I accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Payment is due at time of service. I do not use an invoicing model but I can provide receipts if needed.

What is your cancellation policy? Please kindly contact me at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments and requests to reschedule are unable to be filled and you will be responsible for the full session fee.
